Shipping policy
Shipping is free on every order. We dispatch from Nagaoka, Niigata within 1–2 business days of your order.
Delivery within Japan
- Carrier: Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express
- Delivery time: usually 1–2 days after dispatch
- Tracking: we email your tracking number as soon as the parcel ships
- Receipt: because these are valuable items, parcels are handed over in person and never left at the door
- Insurance: every parcel is insured for the value of the item
- Packaging: each piece is wrapped to hold its shape and sent in a plain box with no brand names on it
If something goes wrong in transit
If a parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us. We deal with the carrier on your behalf.
Delivery to the United States
We also ship to the United States free of charge, by FedEx or DHL Express. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, plus any time in customs. Import duties, taxes and customs brokerage fees are paid by the buyer.
We declare every parcel accurately at the price actually paid. We cannot mark an order as a gift or declare a lower value.
If a parcel is returned to us because import charges were not paid or delivery was refused, we refund the item price minus the shipping costs we paid in both directions.
