Every piece we sell is guaranteed genuine. If an item ever turns out not to be authentic, we refund the purchase price and the return shipping in full. There is no time limit on this guarantee.
What we check
Every item is inspected in-house before it is listed.
- Materials and hardware: whether the leather, canvas, zips and clasps have the feel, finish and ageing you would expect for their years
- Construction: the size and evenness of the stitching, the edge finishing and the interior finishing
- Heat stamps: the shape, spacing, depth and position of the lettering
- Date and serial codes: recorded and checked against the model and materials
- Overall: whether any one part is out of place with the rest
If an item is not genuine
If an independent authenticator finds that an item is not genuine, contact us with their findings. We will refund the purchase price and your return shipping in full. There is no time limit.
