These terms apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from LifeCreation. By placing an order, you agree to them. Our returns policy, shipping policy and privacy policy form part of these terms.
About us
LifeCreation is a reseller of pre-owned goods based in Nagaoka, Niigata, Japan. We have no affiliation with, authorisation from or endorsement by any of the brands we sell. All trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the items we sell.
Using this website
You must be of legal age to make a purchase. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or copy our photographs or descriptions without permission.
Our items
Every item is pre-owned and one of a kind. Once it is sold, it will not be restocked. We grade condition using our condition rating guide and photograph each item as it is, flaws included. Colours may look different on different screens. Measurements are taken by hand and may vary slightly.
Authenticity
Every item is inspected in-house before it is listed. If an item is not genuine, we refund the purchase price and the return shipping, with no time limit. See our authenticity guarantee page for details.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in Japanese yen, tax included. If you are viewing from the United States, prices are shown in US dollars. Prices may change without notice. If there is a significant error in a price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Because every item is one of a kind, an order may occasionally come in just after the item has sold elsewhere. If that happens, we will contact you straight away and refund you in full.
We may refuse or cancel any order.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout. We do not store your card details; they are handled by our payment provider.
Shipping and duties
We ship within Japan and to the United States. Import duties and taxes on international orders are paid by the buyer. We declare every parcel accurately at the price actually paid. See our shipping policy for details.

Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for any item is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. They do not limit any consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
