These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from LifeCreation. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

Who we are

LifeCreation is an independent reseller of pre-owned goods, based in Nagaoka, Niigata, Japan. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by Louis Vuitton Malletier or any other brand featured on this site. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the items we sell.

Using this site

You must be of legal age in your place of residence to purchase from us. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, and not to copy, scrape or reproduce our photographs or descriptions without permission.

The items we sell

Every item is pre-owned and sold as a single unit — once it is gone, it is gone. We describe condition honestly and grade it against our published condition rating guide, and we photograph each piece as it is, including its flaws. Screens vary, so colours may appear slightly different from the item in person. Measurements are taken by hand and may vary marginally.

Authenticity

Each piece is inspected in-house before listing. If an item you bought from us is ever found not to be genuine, we refund the purchase price and return shipping, with no time limit. This is set out in full in our authenticity guarantee.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to keep listings accurate, but errors happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price or with a materially wrong description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Because each item is unique, an order may occasionally be placed for a piece that has just sold. If that happens we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout. We do not store your card details; payments are handled by our payment providers.

Shipping, duties and risk

We ship from Japan to the United States. Import duties and taxes are your responsibility as the buyer, and we declare every parcel accurately at the price actually paid. Full details are in our shipping policy.

Returns

Our refund policy sets out when and how you can return an item. It forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any item is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Nothing here removes any statutory consumer rights you hold in your own country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the moment you place your order.
