Ask us anything before you buy. We answer our own email, and we would rather spend twenty minutes on your questions than have a piece come back.

We are happy to send extra photographs, take a closer look at a particular detail, or tell you honestly whether a piece suits what you have in mind — including when the answer is that it does not.

We are based in Japan (GMT+9), so there may be a few hours between your message and our reply. We aim to answer within one business day.
